About Us
SINOKA PREFAB is our company's new brand of prefabricated integrated houses. It is a subsidiary of SINOGAR ALUMINUM GROUP in Foshan City, China. Its predecessor was the Dapin integrated house factory (founded in 2006), which focuses on the production of simple light steel mobile houses and steel guardrails. In the original old factory, we already have equipment that can produce a full range of mobile house products, such as cutting machines, punching machines, 150-meter-long oven rooms, sandblasting machines, robotic arm welding, 2 color steel plate production lines, various color steel bending parts and roller machines, etc.
With the development of time and the update and iteration of prefabricated house products, in order to provide more types of modular building products to our loyal customer base.
In 2016, our factory integrated industry resources and began to expand the production scale of each workshop, invested funds in different prefabricated house product workshops, reorganized the production lines of each category, distinguished different production workshops and handed them over to professional production and technical teams for independent management.
Therefore, from that year on, SINOKA PREFAB had 8 production bases in Foshan City.

Since then, we have sold our house products overseas with the new house brand SINOKA PREFAB, and participated in construction industry exhibitions in different countries.
